We only source our meat from Austria and Germany. Fish are 100% not from the WWF red list. We source cheese and dairy products mainly from the Pinzgau region. Coffee & tea is organic and FAIRTRADE. We get our breakfast eggs from the Imlauer organic farm in Saalfelden.

- Free pick-up from the train station Leogang, Leogang Steinberge, Saalfelden or Hochfilzen
