Your responsibilities
- Front and back office duties
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Handling guest requests on site
- Professional handling of enquiries (online, telephone, email)
- Processing enquiries and room bookings
- Room inspections
- Organising and acting as the point of contact for events
- B2B responsibilities, seminar organisation and much more
