- Knowledge of the most popular cocktails and drinks
- Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
- Support for the service team
- Very good command of German and English
- Thorough knowledge of the food and drinks menus
- A well-groomed appearance and a warm, friendly manner

Your responsibilities
Our hotel bar and the LIONS LOUNGE are the centrepiece of our restaurant. Here, you’ll entertain our guests and encourage them to linger.
- Responsibility for the drinks service in the restaurant and at the bar
- Professional and proactive guest care
- Strong focus on guest service
- Mise-en-place preparations
- Proper use, maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and materials used
- Helping to design the drinks menu
- Ensuring a smooth service flow
- Adherence to quality and cleanliness standards
