Mountains ablaze & pool party vibes
When the longest day meets the shortest night, magic is in the air: at the summer solstice, the mountains around Saalfelden glow with a mystical light. Countless mountain fires are lit on ridges and high plateaus – an impressive spectacle that has been celebrated in many regions of Europe for centuries.

From the Löwengartl, you can enjoy what is probably the most beautiful view of the Steinerne Meer and the Leoganger Steinberge mountains.
At 10 p.m., the fires are lit on the mountain peaks and ridges – an unforgettable moment and a truly spine-tingling atmosphere.

Summer solstice programme at the Löwen:
From 12 noon: SPA use for external guests included
From 4 p.m.: Pool party vibes with DJ Duen
From 6.30 p.m.: BBQ evening with local suckling pig, short ribs, salads & many specials
If the weather is fine, the event will take place in the Löwengartl with DJ sound and evening sun.
