The seminar room "FREIRAUM" (100 qm) is fully air-conditioned, which contributes to a cool head especially on hot seminar days! For smaller workshops and group meetings, we offer 3 additional rooms in the "FREIRAUM" room, which allow intensive work for 2 x for 8 people and 1 x for up to 12 people.

Rafting
The standard route is the classic among all rafting tours on the Saalach. Ideal for those who are sitting in the raft for the first time or want to feel the action in the raft boat for themselves from time to time.
Rafting is a lot of fun, even if it is not without its dangers. The guide sits in the back of the boat and gives the commands for the manoeuvres in time. Forwards, all to the right, all backwards and already the paddles bend under the powerful use of the paddlers.
This tour is perfect for groups and teams, company and club outings. Fun for the whole team!
Light wood walks & forest bathing
With Markus Mayrhofer, mountain guide Alpenwerk Bergerlebnis; LichtHolz we find in old forests that have stored the light of the sun for decades. Hikes through LichtHolz forests offer the opportunity to feel the power of nature and to recharge your batteries.
Feel the soft forest soil, take a deep breath of the scent of conifers, consciously perceive the sounds of the animals. The forest is a part of us and we are a part of it. That is why our body and our psyche react so uniquely to it. Stress management and health are on our doorstep.
Feel the "Biophilia effect" and breathe in the fragrances (terpenes) that are so important for our health.

Pure suspense in the hunting bow course
With a 36-er round up to the Riedlalm and back! Due to the enormous terrain, the course was always extended, so that the Sonnbergrunde with 28 destinations was easy to walk on and you have the possibility to continue into the high mountain round! This short distance with 4 destinations up to the Riedlalm is challenging to walk, but the course shows itself from a completely different side! A huge mountain world with a fantastic view opens up and as a reward you will be warmly welcomed by Markus and Heidi, where you can fortify yourself with hearty home-style food and cool drinks! After the descent with 14 destinations you can have your equipment optimized in the archery shop or purchase one of our own 3D destinations.
