The following cancellation policies apply:

Main season and New Year Winter 04.02.-04.03.2023 |  22.12.2023 -07.01.2024
Cancellation possible up to 30 days before, afterwards cancellation fee of 80% of the room rate plus any taxes

As soon as we receive the advanced payment of 30% from the total price on our account your booking is guaranteed.

Place of fulfillment and place of payment is Leogang. The Austrian law applies. The jurisdiction is Zell am See, Austria.

Our prices are in EURO including all charges excluding local taxes. You will find our current room prices at the online booking.

The children's prices include gourmet halfboard. Children between 0 - 10 years with a reduction for children are served a children's menu.
Without evening menu the price per child / night is reduced by € 9 (Children from 11 years € 23).

Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m.

Check out times aside - you wish to use our SPA areas and the afternoon snack on your departure day? Pending on availability we are happy to offer you a Late Check out.
Including room until 5 p.m.: € 25 per person
Without room until 5 p.m.: € 18 per person

If you do not want an evening menu or would like to eat à la carte, we deduct € 23, - / night. The afternoon snack is included!

In front of the hotel you will find parking places for free. Moreover we provide 26 free parking places in our subterranean garage.
The loading zone is situated directly in front of the main entrance. Please unload your luggage there before parking, because the house is not connected with the garage.

The entire hotel is a non-smoking area. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and on the balconies.

To avoid cancellation penalty we suggest to procure a holiday insurance. Here you will find more information:

During your stay you can enjoy our gourmet halfboard PLUS. Gourmet breakfast, afternoon snack with delicious cakes from our in-house patisserie or a soup pot in winter, a 4-course gourmet menu from our alpine gourmet kitchen (if you booked with halfboard) and many other inclusive services that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The Loewe inclusive services are valid from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Rest & relaxation in 2 wellness areas:

• Adults only SPA LEONARIUM with panorama sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation rooms above the roofs of Leogang
• Massage- and beauty centre with highly trained therapists
• Family SPA with indoorpool and saunas
• NEW from June 2022: Heated outdoorpool in the garden

Food intolerances are also an issue at our hotel!

If you live on vegan, dairy free or glutenfree food we can adjust our meal plan for you. Our standard is one main course vegetarian at our menu. Moreover we attach importance to regional products, short supply chains, quality and freshness. Homemade is our device. That´s why we absolutely resign from convenience products. Look forward to homemade sauces, soups, pasta, sorbets etc.

We request that you inform us at the time of booking about your food wishes.

Feeling good during your holidays means also expiring culinary highlights. Even with food intolerance!

Pets are welcome at the hotel. You will be charged € 45 per day per pet. We will not provide food for your four legged friend.
