Our Bar is opened the whole day. Look forward to tasty cocktails, aperitifs, excellent wines, digestives, naturally best coffee and a good tea selection

Bathrobe
You will find in your room bathrobe and sauna towels - free of charge. Bathroom slippers are available at the reception.
Cable car
In Winter our hotel shuttle is free of charge and will bring you directly to the lift station Asitzbahn (Skicircus with Saalbach Hinterglemm)
From 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and back in the afternoon from 3.30 pm until 4.00 pm.
In the summer time one drive a day with the cable car is free of charge (incl. in the room rate – “LöwenAlpinCard”)
Cancellation of the evening dinner
If you like to have dinner in another restaurant, please be so kind and inform the reception until 12.00 We will refund € 13,00 per adult and € 9,00 per child for the 4 course menu.
Check in and Check out
Your room is available from 2 pm.
The ¾ - board begins at 3 pm with the afternoon snack (in winter) / cake (in summer). At the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room at the latest 10:30 am.
If you like to take advantage of your last in Leogang, you can place your luggage at the reception.
If you like to take a shower or to change your clothes you can use our facilities in the spa area.

With the LöwenAlpinCard we offer a great children’s program, free of charge in the summer season (Mo – Fr).

The distance to the Leoganger open-air- Go Kart is only 2 km Opening hours: Low season Wednesday – Sunday and on bank holidays 1.00 pm - 8.00 pm. July / August daily 10.00 am - 9.00 pm.

Our hotel is a partner hotel and a member of Golf in Austria (=Expert for Golf holidays in Austria)
We offer numerous benefits for players and Greenfee-discounts till 30% at GC Brandlhof (10 min. from the hotel) or GC Urslautal (15 min. from the hotel). In 1 hour drive you reach 18 Golf places
Holiday account
All extra charges we will book on your holiday account.
Please be so kind and sign them daily at day before or at departure day you can settle up your bill.
Hotel entrance
The main entrance is closed during the night but you can always open the entrance at the right side of the hotel (at the staircase) with your room key.
Laundry
If you like to clean your cloth during your stay, please bring these to the reception.
Up to the next day we bring these again washed and ironed into your room. About the costs you can inform before at the reception.

Mining industry museum in Leogang
Opening hours: Tuesday till Sunday 10.00 am until 5.00 pm, Guided tour only with inquiry. In the winter time only at Thursday from 6.30 pm until 9.30 pm or according to agreement.
Mine Leogang
oldest mine in Salzburg from the 12. Century. Opening times: Tuesday - Sunday from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm, guided tours only possible with inquiry. In the winter time closed.
Pinzgauer Local history museum
Castle Ritzen Opening hours: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday 2.00 pm till 5.00 pm, 24. December till 6. January: daily from 2.00 pm till 5.00 pm. March, April and November closed.
Crystal cellar Lemberger
private collection and shop with different minerals and wood carving. Entrance free of charge.
Newspapers
At the Reception we have a little choice of newspapers and illustrations.
If you want to have your own newspaper at the breakfast table please be so kind and let us at reception know.
Only to mention it could be that some newspapers take few days to order.

Our Reception is daily from 7.00 am till 10.00 pm occupied and it is always our pleasure to help you!
Restaurant
In the Restaurant we reserve automatically a table for you. We try our best to not change it during your whole stay. Please be so kind and sign your Restaurant charges daily either at the bar or on next day at Reception to avoid disappointments at departure day.
Riding
In the summer time you can take riding lessons directly in Leogang at the Millinghof.
In summer and winter courses take place at Brandlhof. For beginners and for advanced learner

Here in Leogang we have 3 Ski schools –
all of them care for the best way and are perfectly trained according to the newest methods.
Whether child ski course, private hours, ski kindergarten, Carvingtraining or Snowboardlessons - it is offered everything.

Smoking
In the room and in the Restaurant it is not allowed to smoke.
At the balcony you find an ashtray for smoking outside.
Solarium
For your “holiday skin” we have 2 solariums (10 min. 6,- Euro)
Cancellation
By short-dated cancellation, delayed arrival or departure ahead of time
we charge 80% of the room prices. Up to 1 month before arrival we do not
charge any cancellation fee.
To avoid cancellation penalty we suggest to procure a holiday insurance.
Spa area
Our Spa area is daily open from 07.00 am until 9.00 pm. Sauna and stream bath is daily from 2.00 pm activated (also earlier possible)
Summer toboggan
Toboggan only at winter??? No !!!
Also possible in the summer time. The summer toboggan slide in Saalfelden and Leogang are great fun for old and young! 1.600 m toboggan fun will wait for you at Saalfelden Biberg and 400 m at Asitz in Leogang.
Swimming pool area in Leogang
The distance to the adventure bath in Leogang is only 300m from the hotel and with the LöwenAlpinCard the visit is free of charge!
Giant water slides, Kneipp hydrotherapy stream, sport and child basins and a Beach Volleyball place expects you.

Tennis
At summer our guests play free of charge at the Sand tennis places of the leisure facility Leogang (only 200 m removes).
They can register themselves there directly.
At winter you have the possibility to play tennis in a hall in Saalfelden with 3 places (10 min from the hotel)

Tickets for the cable car
You receive ski passes or tickets for the cable car at the tourist information office or directly at the lift station Asitz. You have also the possibility to order it one day before at the reception.
Toboggan in the Winter
The toboggan slide at the Asitz middle station is daily open from 12.00 till 4.00 pm.
Also at Biberg in Saalfelden you will find a toboggan slide (also possible in the evening).

Underground garage
We have 26 places in our underground garage. We kindly ask for appreciation that we can not guarantee and reserve for all our guests a parking place in the underground garage. Around of the hotel you can also park.

For our dipl. Sommelier Günther it is a pleasure to help you with the selection of your wine, it is also possible to choose your wine during the day.
We try our best to give you the best selection of Austrian wine and also of international wines for a good price.
